Shipping & Delivery
All our orders are 'made to order' this means after we have received your order and payment we will start creating your product. This way we don't create dead stock and don't add to the enormous textile waste problem on our plant.
Your order will be shipped after your product is made. This will take 3 to 5 weeks. After we have shipped your order, you'll receive a track & trace code in your e-mail.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated about your order every step of the way!
• We ship to the Netherlands & some European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
• Shipping fees: NL €4,30 (under €50) or € 6,50 (above €50), EU €7,00 - €15,50 depending on region.
Exchanges & Returns
Hopefully you are happy with your new intimate wear. If this isn't the case, don't worry! The return and exchange process is simple.
Keep in mind that all the return costs are for you. We are based in the Netherlands.
Return or exchange items within 30 days after your delivery. The product is unused and in the same condition you received it (no makeup, deodorant, sweat, or any bodily fluids). The cards and labels are still attached to the product.
Exchanges for a different size/product are possible as long as it is still in stock. Would you like advice about the right size first? We are happy to help you, send us a message via our Contact Form.
Once your package is received and inspected, you will receive your reimbursement through the original method of payment within a few days.

All our products are shipped in packaging that's made out of 60% recycled materials and is completely biodegradable.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
We pack every order as a present with utmost care. There is an invoice, which you'll also receive by e-mail. Let us know if you want us to remove it for you.
When you open the box, there is a card with information and kind words on top. The products are carefully packed in paper tissue and closed with a sticker. Making it the perfect present!
Where are you based?
We are based in The Netherlands. We also ship from The Netherlands out of our Atelier right here in Utrecht.
